Need a little help pulling all of the birthday party details together?  We've got you.  

All parties are 1.5 hours long 

(ONLY Canvas Painting, and Pottery Wheel + Sculpting Combo are 2 hours)

We reserve the last 30 minutes for cake/presents/pizza/etc.

Our party rooms can accommodate a minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 guests.

Parties with 15+ guests MUST have a studio rental

All parties must pay a $50 Deposit to Reserve their Party

This will be returned at checkout after the party

You will be charged the full party amount (add-on's as well) at checkout AFTER the party

You are more than welcomed to bring your own party decorations, food, drinks and cake to the studio! 

You may arrive 10-15 minutes early to set-up as long as you notify the studio at least 48 hours advance.

NO SPARKLING CANDLES ALLOWED

 Our Doylestown location can be tricky with parking, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid being late. There is a meter parking lot next to our building, meter parking spots in front and free spots within walking distance 

Party pieces are retuned in 2-3 weeks (exception of Canvas Painting & Mosaics) due to kiln process

Person who booked and paid the deposit for the party will be contacted to pick-up 

ALL THE PARTY EVENT PIECES (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 All parties 10+ will have a 20% gratuity fee ($50 cap.) automatically added onto your order at the end of the class. This gratuity 100% will go directly to your instructor.

Deluxe Party Option - $10 per guest

1 Large Pizza (Giovanni's on State for Doylestown / Meglio Pizzeria for Newtown) 

2 Pizzas for Groups of 10+ People ($18 per Additional Pizza)

1 Bottle of Water & 1 Juice Box per Guest

Party Favor Bag - $10 per guest

Individually packaged baggies with an $15 Art Dept. Studios gift card, candy and an art related goodie.

Commemorative Plate - $20 for 1 Plate (Custom Design is $15 Extra)

Remember this special day by capturing signatures or messages from your party guests on a birthday plate. Choose from 3 design options. The birthday star chooses their two favorite colors for our artists to custom paint the plate!

Entire Studio Rental (15+ Guests) - $250 for Entire Timeslot ($100 per Extra Hour)
