We can travel to YOUR location!

• There is a minimum charge of $250 for Mobile Art Programs.
• A knowledgeable instructor will introduce the project and instruct participants throughout their visit.
• Travel fees are based on round trip travel from our location to yours and back again at $0.70/mile, with a maximum distance of 80 miles total.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking
• All pottery, clay & glass projects require firing in our kilns, and you'll be contacted for project pick-up in 7-14 days.

• Choose your pottery pieces & we'll put together a kit with all supplies needed to paint at your location.
• Have participants paint their projects at your leisure!  Pick a day or multiple days to fit your schedule.
• Return pottery & supplies to us for firing (you'll be contacted for project pick-up within 7-14 days.).

Art-to-go kits returned within 7 days will have materials fee of 20.00 returned.

Bring your camp, colleagues, or students to a working art studio!

We can accommodate:

• Up to 40 guests per seating 
• See the kilns where projects will be fired.
• Learn about the materials you're working with -- what a kiln is, how hot it gets, what happens to your projects inside the kiln, and various other facts about the selected art medium!

We've visited dozens of local schools, churches, child care centers, and senior centers to bring a fun night of creativity that helps to benefit a cause!

We'll work with you to choose the best project(s) for your group.  Choose from Pottery Painting (most popular), Clay Sculpting, Fused Glass, or Mosaics.

How it works:

• We'll provide our price less 10% which your organization can increase to keep the difference as your raised funds!
• A knowledgeable instructor will come out to teach and assist participants create.
• We'll bring all materials needed -- you provide the room, tables and chairs!
• Pottery, clay and glass projects require kiln-firing, and would be ready for pick-up in 10-14 days.
• Want a take-home project?  Ask us about our mosaics or canvas painting!

Better than a Bake Sale!

We've hosted many fundraising events at our locations, from sports teams to animal shelters to athletes benefiting cancer research and more!

Invite a large group of folks to our studio to make projects on a specific day, and we'll donate the studio fees from your group back to your organization!

There is no cost to you.  Your only obligation is to pass out flyers to all potential participants, which they'll present to us at checkout so we know that a portion their purchase benefits your cause.  We do notice higher turnout when hosts provide attendees with free snacks and beverages (BYOB for adult events.) Raffle prizes are also a draw, and only further benefit your cause.

The more people attend, the larger the donation!

Participants can attend when it's convenient for them and choose any walk-in project in our studios.

 Art Dept. Studios proudly supports charitable organizations and schools in our area.

Donations are given as $15 Gift Cards for fundraising efforts for non-profits.  Each studio a monthly budget for charitable giving, on a first-come basis.
