Our NEW 4 week adult hand building class is perfect for those interested in learning more about sculpting and building with clay by hand.
This class is designed get you hands on with clay. We will cover the basics on how to work with clay, along a variety of techniques from simple pinch pots to working with slabs and coils to get you making unique projects!
Hand building classes meet 4 consecutive evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm.
The class runs on Wednesdays at our Newtown studio, and Thursdays at our Doylestown studio.
Class Includes clay, Kiln Firing (Bisque and Glaze), Studio Glazes, Instruction and, Open Studio-Time during normal business hours.
Our adult pottery wheel class is for adults and
mature teens ONLY.
Learn how to center, pull up the walls, and form a variety of shapes such as bowls, cups, small plates, and more! Beginners welcome! If you already
have a basic knowledge of the wheel but want to expand on your skills, that's okay too!
Our instructors can teach more advanced
skills if you're ready for that in our NEW advanced 4 week pottery wheel intensive!

Children ages 8 and older can join our 4-week pottery wheel class and learn how to center, pull up the walls, and form a variety of shapes such as bowls, cups, small vases, and more! Some hand building is involved to alter and expand on some of the pieces created. We'll spend the final class painting our creations. Class sizes are limited to 6 students.

We can take up to 6 students on the pottery wheel at one time, ages 8+.
1 potter - $120/person / 2 potters $60/person
3+ potters: $40/person
One-time wheel participants will make up to 3 pieces in a 90 minute class.
Pieces are bisque fired in our kiln, and you will be notified when they are ready for you to come back and paint with our full range of ceramic colors.

Pottery Wheel and Clay Membership includes open pottery wheel time and discounted clay pricing in a creative atmosphere. Must have taken our pottery wheel class or pass a throwing test to qualify.
